RE: How can I keep my body fit?

I am 30 years old.I am a businessman.I don’t have a lot of time for the heavy  workout in the gym.But I want to keep my body fit.Is there any light workout that doesn’t take much time? Please tell me if anyone knows about it?

Well, I can understand you can not manage workout in Gym due to your busy schedule. I have some basic tips for you,

take 7 hours sleep
First of all stretch your body Before Getting Out Of Bed To Feel Great All Day

Take stairs instead of lift.
Arrange your seating place little far from water cooler and rest room so this way you will have a little walk in your business area too.
Take a warm water at empty stomach in morning.
Do not skip breakfast but take law caloric breakfast like oats and fruits juice
You can also include greentea or lemon tea or ice tea in your regular routine
Follow healthy diet. Avoid cheese, fastfood, alcohol, smoke
