As far as my knowledge only Bangladesh uses Bengali as the official language. West Bengal in India also uses bengali but since they are not a country they are out of the picture to answer your question

I know that there are two countries in the world who are using Bangla language as their official language.
They are:
1. Sierra Leone
2. Bangladesh
