Hello!

The process of transforming waste resources into new materials and things is known as recycling. Why is it important?

It cuts down on pollution in the air and water, lowers emissions of greenhouse gases, and saves valuable natural resources simultaneously. The amount of garbage recycled, composted, and otherwise sourced decreased at Stanford was equivalent to a 62% reduction in landfill use. Not just for that, but it also protects us from plastic toxicity.

Microplastics are present in every environment. They may be found in some of the meals and plastic bottles, and they are also present in the water supply.

According to the research findings, a person eats anything from 0.002 to 1.74 grams of microplastics daily, with the average being roughly 0.14 grams.

The research also demonstrated that 99% of the particles had a diameter of fewer than five millimeters and that these particles could be expelled from the body through the digestive system. You can reduce microplastics in your body by recycling in a healthy environment.

I hope this answer helps you.
