My active Google adsense account has been suspended. and google send me an email like this – You already have an AdSense account. How can I resolve this problem? Please help.

This account was my YouTube account and verified but when I have tried to add my website from then I am facing this problem.
this is a present condition of Google AdSense dashboard

Google send this email to me for resolving this problem but I cannot deactive my another account

How can I resolve this problem?
please help.
