What is ministerial intervention?

The Minister can intervene and change the decision on a case related to visa application. However, the minister is not committed to intervene. He/she is intervened when there is public interest to do so. Only a few cases  are considered under ministerial intervention. When the applicant Protection visa is cancelled, the Minister can intervene.
