The last house we put an offer but it didn’t went though we had to sign the buyer’s exclusive contract with him. It’s us who suppose to find houses and ask him to open the house for us to check it out. Overall we don’t want to stick with this realtor and we don’t want to get sued or have to pay him any fees.
Update: I know I don’t have to pay him any fees. At the end if I purchase the house seller pays the fees, they raise the price so it is likely I pay for the fees added in sales price too. The reason is he is not helpful, is not a motivated realtor that help us to look for houses. It’s up to us to do HW so might as well I find another motivated agent to help me right?
