3.3v and 5v have problems when driving the MOS tube. How can I solve this?

When making a small warm water heating device, an 80n70 MOS tube is used. Originally, an s8050 NPN tube and a resistor can be used to achieve reverse level control. It was also successful in the simulation, but why there are periodic oscillations in practice, the frequency is about 1 Hz, please give me several driving schemes for the MOS tube! Thank you so much!
