Supplements are called supplements because it worked as the supplement your diet. If you want to build your body and strengthen your muscles, then you should have to take high protein diet with regular workouts. Supplements are basically contributors, which contribute the protein and all others necessary minerals which are helpful for strengthening muscles.
If you are not able to keep your diet full of protein then supplements are necessary. I also take SR9009, which is a SARMs supplement with no adverse effect on health and it really helpful for strengthing muscles.
