As per my personal experience, you should keep on posting quality and creative content because content is king on Youtube, secondly you can try some tips like you should publish your videos on same time everyday i.e. 5pm or 6pm because if you publish in evening then there are more chances that people will see your notification right before going to bed and they might end up watching your video…!
