If you find that you cant fall asleep and/or stay asleep even though you should be tired then you probably have insomnia.(if you woke up at decent time and did something besides sit around all day then you should be tired.)you may want to try over the counter melatonin before you start prescription sleep aids as over the counter sleep aids tend to be less addictive.
