If you’re talking about how you can create a watch list on Netflix, you can do so by adding the TV shows and movies to “My List.” (Note: If you’re using an older device, you’re likely to find “Instant Queue” which is the same as the “My List” feature.) Here are more instructions according to Netflix’s Help Center: 

If you’re using the Netflix website, move the cursor over the title and click the “plus” icon. If you’re using your phone, click on the title and then “Episodes & Info” and finally, click on the “plus” icon to add. If you’re doing this using your TV, then choose a title of the TV show or movie and select “Add to My List.” 

According to the Netflix Help Center, you can add as many as 500 titles to “My List” and the titles will remain there until you delete them or if the TV show or movie is no longer available.
