    Mostly time Indian people likes to eat Sweets , street food like sandwiches , Burger and Pizza are most famous and liked snacks in India. But after these some people facing overweighting issues  , and health problem . In these situation the person had to eat some dry fruit for better energy and body wellness. eating of almonds , pistas , Anjeer  this are best dry fruit which provide all type of vitamins and irons to body. There  eating dry fruits time to time affect good on body.
