Running is one of the greatest forms of exercise. As long as you have working legs, you’re able to go running. It doesn’t require any specialist equipment. Maybe you need a pair of decent running shoes but even that’s not true because I often run barefoot. Really, if you want to start running again, then it comes down to motivation.
