How can i reduce spam score of my website?

Hello, My website spam score was 0 and Domain Authority (DA) was 38 and Page Authority (PA) was 40 but After updating moz, My websites DA has decreased to 15 and spam score is 43%. It's too unexpected for me. Now, what can I do? Please tell me how can I decrease Spam Score of my website? or How can I reduce spam score of my website? Thanks
