How do you get to know that you have Insomnia?
I am unable to sleep for last 2 days. I’m not continuing the dosage as i know that it is not right to take it without doctors prescription because it was for insomnia.
But how to know if i have insomnia?
If you find that you cant fall asleep and/or stay asleep even though you should be tired then you probably have insomnia.(if you woke up at decent time and did something besides sit around all day then you should be tired.)you may want to try over the counter melatonin before you start prescription sleep aids as over the counter sleep aids tend to be less addictive.
If you locate that you cant go to sleep and/or stay asleep even though you need to be worn-out. Then you probably have insomnia. (if you awakened at first rate time and did something except sit around all day then you must be worn-out.) You can want to strive over the counter melatonin earlier. There are certain symptoms that are found in insomniac patients. Know the symptoms and determine whether you are an insomniac patient or not.
1. You will find difficulty in falling asleep
2. When you sleep at night, you wake up often and are not able to fall asleep again.
3. Waking up very early in the morning.
4. Feeling tired all round the day
If you are observing these symptoms in you, you are more likely to have insomnia. If you are in the USA, you can have a look at the list of doctors in usa and get it treated as soon as possible.
