I want to challenge my employer over a business law dispute – what do I do?

First off, well done for being brave enough to challenge your employer. Secondly, I highly recommend you do two things. To start, build a catalog of all of the information that you can possibly provide. Look to build a clear case, with dates and, where possible, proof. If you have the right to use any conversations, emails, and other communications that have taken place, then be sure to have them as part of your evidence file.

Then, you need to hire someone who can assist with business law like Chauvel & Glatt. I recommend hiring an expert who has a history in dealing with things like shareholder agreements and the like. They tend to be better at finding the minute details and clauses within arrangements that could make it easier to get what you are looking for. Best of luck moving forward!
