Is there a (free) way to see what ads are currently running for a specific audience?

Let’s ,  I want to see what ads are currently running for people aged +65, that are interested in finance via Taboola. Is there a way to display current ads and the landing pages or advertorials that they lead to? Or perhaps some kind of workaround?
