What are conditions for Prepaid customers for porting their mobile number?
• Due date for porting is defined by Number Portability Clearing House (NPCH) and the porting (deactivation and activation) is executed immediately. Due date defined by the Recipient and/or Donor is ignored by NPCH.
• Invoice number is not required.
• All documents are required as applicable to a new subscriber (specified by Regulator).
