What are raw food diets and benefits?
A raw food diet is based upon the belief that food is most nutritious when ingested uncooked or unprocessed. Proponents of the raw food movement focus on the effect that cooking can have on food – both denaturing naturally occurring enzymes and decreasing nutritional value. Raw food is how nature intended food to be, and thereby in this purest form; the form that Mother Nature herself felt best supported the optimal functioning’s of our body.
