What are the advantages of a gas grill?

I’m thinking of making the shift from charcoal to gas, but I’m not completely sold on that idea. Why should I go with a gas grill?

A gas grill offers greater convenience. It ignites instantly and cleaning is definitely much easier. Just think about the time you’ll save when you no longer have to do the messy work of dealing with grease, thanks to the drip pan that comes with your gas grill. Plus, there’s no need to throw away ash after grilling.

Another advantage of a gas grill over a charcoal grill is that it is capable of producing high heat. A gas grill can reach the ideal grilling temperature much faster than a charcoal grill and considering the fact that there are not gas grills that can reach more than 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, you can just expect the best grilling experience each time. Your gas grill can maintain your desired heat level and will cook your food evenly because it’s designed to evenly spread heat across the cooking surface.
