What is Biofeedback Therapy ?

Biofeedback therapy is a non-drug treatment in which patients learn to manage involuntary body processes such as muscle tension, blood pressure, and heart rate. You’re connected to electrical sensors during biofeedback to assist you get information about your body. This input enables you to make minor adjustments to your body, such as relaxing specific muscles, in order to get the desired consequences, such as pain relief.

Biofeedback therapy treatment  also helps to treat chronic pain, urine incontinence, high blood pressure, tension headaches, and migraine headaches may all benefit from it.

There is a reduced chance of negative side effects because it is noninvasive and does not involve medicines. This may make it acceptable for persons who choose not to take pharmaceuticals or who are unable to do so, such as during pregnancy.
