How Can I unclog my drain or is it any service available for helping the people for affordable price as I do not have that much money I can pay to plumber?

I am a first time home buyer. When I moved in after weeks my all 3 washrooms clogged with toilet papers. I have tried baking soda, dish soap, vinegar, plunger but nothing worked out for me. I am putting hot water daily . I have never seen that problem before. How Can I unclog my drain or is it any service available for helping the people for affordable price as I do not have that much money I can pay to plumber.
