1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting content, browsing questions, or participating in communities on AnswersMode, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Description of the Platform

AnswersMode provides an interactive community knowledge platform featuring:

• Q&A System: A public forum where users can ask questions, submit helpful answers, upvote constructive solutions, and mark best answers.
• Community Hubs: Topic-specific groups and discussion spaces where users can create posts, share insights, exchange ideas, and interact with fellow community members.
• Polls & Blog: Interactive community surveys and curated educational articles.

All these sections are interconnected under a single user account and governed by this unified agreement.

3. User Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify AnswersMode of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
• Users may not create multiple misleading accounts or use automated bots to artificially manipulate karma points, votes, or community engagement.

4. User Content and Licensing

You retain ownership of the questions, answers, comments, community posts, text, and images you publish on AnswersMode ("User Content").

However, by submitting content anywhere on AnswersMode (both in public Q&A threads and Community hubs), you grant AnswersMode an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, distribute, and promote your content across the platform and search engines.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content or images you upload.

5. Community Code of Conduct & Prohibited Actions

To preserve a constructive and respectful ecosystem, you agree NOT to post or transmit content that:

• Contains hate speech, defamation, harassment, threats, bullying, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation.
• Involves unsolicited commercial promotions, repetitive spam, affiliate link abuse, or deceptive clickbait.
• Infringes upon intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Distributes malicious software, viruses, or links designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Promotes illegal activities, violence, pornography, or sexually explicit material.

6. Moderation, Karma, and Account Suspension

AnswersMode operates community moderation systems, reputation scores (Karma), and community leader roles. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

• Review, flag, hide, edit, or permanently remove any question, answer, community post, or comment at our sole discretion.
• Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that repeatedly violate platform policies without prior notice.
• Reset or revoke karma points, badges, or best-answer selections gained through unfair voting manipulation.

AnswersMode displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) and links to external websites. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party websites or sponsors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnswersMode, its owners, and team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any user-submitted content.

10. Changes to Terms & Inquiries

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of AnswersMode following modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
