How do I create a new location on Facebook?

To create a new location facebook please follow this information below:

1. Scroll to the top of your News Feed or Profile and tap Whats on your mind?
2. Tap Check In.
3. Tap the box at the top and enter the name of the location you’d like to add. If the location doesn’t exist, you’ll see Add [New Location].
4. Tap Add [New Location].
5. Select a category.
6. Enter location information.
7. Tap Done or Create at the top right corner.
