Kid with down syndrome broke into my yard and now his family wants my dog killed.?

This is really just a sad incident because I am sure the kid meant no harm, but this happened on your property, not in public or another property. I doubt this would even mark against your dog, that is what dogs do, it is their nature to protect their domain i think.
