What do I need to withdraw the missing SIM of the Grameenphone?

To withdraw your  missing SIM of the Grameenphone, you need,

1. 2 PP size Color Photo
2. A Photo Copy of NID Card
3. The Real person who will buy SIM Card because his Finger Print needed.
4. Some information about your desire sim card as (FNF Number, Last Recharge, Current Balance, Name of SIM Holder etc )
