Is sewing a valuable skill?
When I was a child, everyone knew how to sew. If we got a hole in our clothes, we would sew it up ourselves. These days, most people just throw the clothing out and buy something new. Thatโs partly because of fast fashion bringing the cost of clothes right down. However, I can see this trend changing soon as people become more environmentally conscious. In fact, just this morning I saw โsewing courses Kentโ advertised in my Facebook feed. This suggests to me that more and more people are looking to relearn this skill. If you want to take a course like this, then I highly recommend that you do this. Donโt spend money on new clothes all the time; learn how to mend what you already own. Youโll save money and save the planet at the same time. What could be more valuable than that? Click here to search for sewing courses.
