What are some simple things that I can do, in my day to day routine, besides working out, to see results faster?
I go to the gym regularly.But there is no change in my body.So,What I have to do besides gym to look good?
Thanks for your nice question.Many people like you go to the gym but they can not find any change in their body.There are some reasons for this.It is not so easy that you go to the gym and make your body.If you fat or unhealthy you have to change your food habit.You should avoid fast food.If you unhealthy, you should eat food that full of protein like as meat,milk,egg etc.If you fat you have to avoid the food full of protein.You have to eat vegetables and non-protein foods.You should go to the gym regularly and work hard.Thus your body structure will change and you see the result faster.
